1. When will I receive my package?
Check our 'shipping' policy for all delivery information. Our packages mostly arrive within 5 working days.
2. I want to change my address. What should I do?
Please contact us ASAP on customerservice@cfebelgium.com. We might be able to change your address before the package is sent out.
3. What if I want to return my order?
Hmm we highly doubt that you would ever want to return a CFÉ piece ;)
But if you do, check out our CFÉ policy for all the info you need. Please be aware that limited drops are FINAL SALE. Finale sale items can't be returned.
4. I did not get a confirmation email. Did my order come through?
