SHIPPING
Belgium & The Netherlands : Next day delivery. Orders placed before 11PM will be delivered on the following working day.
Rest of Europe : Deliveries can take up to 4-7 working days after you place your order.
Rest of the world: Deliveries can take up to 4-15 working days after you place your order.
*working days excludes: Weekends, Public Holidays and Bank Holidays
As the recipient, you will be responsible and liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. Payment of these amounts will be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
RETURNS
Please note, a €3 restocking fee will be deducted from your refund on all returns. No returns are allowed on discounted items (including promotional discount codes) and made to order items. We don’t accept exchanges. In case you want to exchange for another size, simply request a return. You will receive the amount of your order (minus shipping and restocking fee) through shopping credit so you can order the correct size.
We hope you love your new pieces, but if you need to make a return here are the details:
Items may be returned within 7 days of you receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. To initiate a return, admin@hefbv.com with subject: Return Request, CFĒ and order number. If return is approved, simply ship the items back to us at your local post office. We recommend obtaining proof of postage for your records. CFĒ is not responsible for lost packages. Please note, any international shipping fees associated with returning items are the sole responsibility of the customer and we cannot refund these costs. We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days, you will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.
Once we have received your approved return, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. You will be notified of this via email. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed and an additional 5-10 business days for the bank to post the refund to your account.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND
CFĒ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages if confirmed delivered by courier. The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss or damage to these items. By shopping on cfebelgium.com, you agree to these terms and conditions.
WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. You have 7 days after the purchase to get a refund on defective items.
