1. PRICING POLICY
All prices are shown in DKK. All prices include Danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe All orders shipped to countries outside Europe is priced without the Danish VAT. Prices do not include delivery charges. Orders may be subjected to local taxes and/or import duties at your own expense. All fees and/or in regards to local customs handling including duties and taxes will be debited to you directly. We endeavour to avoid information errors but please note that pricing errors can occur. If the correct price is less than our stated price, the correct price will be charged to you. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our webshop, we will have to cancel your order. Then you will be contacted by e-mail.
2. PAYMENT
We accept the following credit- and debit cards:
All transactions are charged in Danish Kroner.
The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped.
3. ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. Then you will be informed by e-mail.
4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All orders placed before 11.00 am are usually shipped on the same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. In busy sale periods, we will do our very best to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days from the time you place your order. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. On the same day, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail send directly from the courier. We can not be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
5. RETURN & EXCHANGE
We gladly accepts returns on both new arrivals and sale items and offers you 14 days from when you receive your order to return the item(s) to CFÉ BELGIUM.
We will refund the amount to the credit card used for the purchase or it can be exchanged for a gift voucher to the webshop.
It is important for us that you have a pleasant experience shopping with us which is why there is no extra charge when exchanging items for a different size or colour, however all exchanges are based on stock availability. If you wish to exchange your item you just have to follow the guideline below. Returns are at your own expense.
How to return items
The responsibility for the item(s) is yours until the item(s) has been delivered to us on the listed return address.
For your own safety we recommend you to keep the postage receipt with tracking number.
6. ITEM AVAILABILITY
Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at our webshop is in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
7. PRE-ORDERS
When placing a pre-order on our webshop, we will charge the amount for your order when we proceed your order.
Your order will be dispatched as soon we receive the item from our supplier.
We aim to keep the expected delivery stated in the item description but delays on the production can occur.
8. GUARANTEE
All products are covered by the Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item.
This does not include defects caused by improper use, faulty maintenance or general wear.
In case of a complaint or a missing delivery, please contact webshop@stinegoya.com including your order number, images of the claim and a description.
